Purchasing Goods
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to purchase our products without notice for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.
Returns and Refunds

We have no obligation to refund or replace a damaged product after the returns period (please see our returns and refund policy). Outside of this period a refund or replacement will be at the discretion of Gummies NZ Ltd. If you would like a refund or replacement please provide full proof of purchase and proof of damage that doesn’t fall under general wear and tear. If a refund or replacement is agreed upon, the damaged product must be returned. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
